If the Browns were willing to cover a significant portion of Cooper’s salary, a trade could be feasible. Cooper, coming off a Pro Bowl season with 72 catches for 1,250 yards, could effectively fill Rice’s role. Given the Browns’ disappointing 1-3 start and their low passing yardage ranking, moving Cooper for draft picks from the Chiefs could be a strategic decision for Cleveland.
